Dallas–Fort Worth
We equip underserved communities with CPR awareness, overdose prevention education, and trauma-informed safety training — one campus, one neighborhood, one heartbeat at a time.
Our Mission
"We envision communities where every child, parent, educator, and resident has the confidence and knowledge to respond in emergencies and support one another during crisis situations."
Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ was built on the belief that life-saving skills shouldn't be locked behind cost, geography, or access barriers. We bring training directly to the communities that need it most — schools, childcare centers, churches, and neighborhood organizations across the DFW metro.
What We Do
Free CPR certification for underserved community members — sponsored by partners who believe access to life-saving training shouldn't depend on income.
Onsite CPR, First Aid, AED, and Stop-the-Bleed certification for schools, charter networks, and childcare facilities — minimum 12 participants, delivered at your location.
Free hands-only CPR demonstrations at DFW public parks and recreation centers — empowering families and residents with skills they can use today.
Comprehensive CPR, First Aid, AED, and Opioid Overdose Awareness training for youth in grades 7–12 — building the next generation of prepared, confident responders.
How We Work
No gatekeeping. No jargon. Classes designed with compassion and real-world awareness — in the languages and settings where our communities actually live and work.
CPR + mental health resources + overdose prevention + wellness education. Lasting impact goes beyond the classroom and into the community's resilience.
Every trained person is a force multiplier. A school trained together becomes a campus that responds together. A community trained together becomes a neighborhood that has each other's backs.
The Vision
Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™ is more than a training organization. It's a movement to rewrite what community safety looks like — equitable, accessible, and built on trust. We train, we equip, we empower. And we don't stop until every neighborhood in DFW has a responder in it.
